Remineralizing Toothpaste Powder
Strengthen and clean your teeth with our Remineralizing Toothpaste Powder. Calcium and phosphate work together to rebuild enamel and fortify teeth by providing the necessary minerals your teeth need to repair themselves. These natural ingredients help fortify your teeth from erosion and decay. The mix of essential oils helps to freshen breath, while baking soda works to whiten teeth.
Ingredient Highlights:
-Hydroxyapetite (calcium phosphorus): naturally composes most of your teeth & bones. It creates a protective layer over your teeth, depositing calcium & phosphorus ions back into the tooth surface to remineralize them which faciitates enamel repair and prevents decay. It strengthens & whitens teeth and prevents plaque buildup.
-Calcium Carbonate: Whitening abrasive, Remineralization & oral buffering agent.
-Xylitol: Natural sweetener derived from fibrous parts of plants. Helps maintain a neutral pH and prevents bacteria from sticking to teeth.
-Baking Soda: Gentle abrasive & whitener. Neutralizes acids in mouth, freshens breath.
-Magnesium Carbonate: Plays a significant role in healthy bones & teeth.
-Bentonite Clay: rich in minerals (calcium & potassium) found in teeth & gums. Gently scrubs & polishes teeth.
-Kaolinite Clay: high in calcium, silica, zinc & magnesium. Whitens & polishes teeth.
-Himalayan Pink Sea Salt: Inhibits inflammation & balances oral flora.
-Peppermint & Spearmint Essential Oils: Cools inflammation & inhibits gum disease.
-Cinnamon Essential Oil: Inhibit pathogenic bacteria.
-Clove Essential Oil: Inhibits pathogenic bacteria & soothes sensitive oral tissue.
-Myrrh Essential Oil: Increases blood flow to compromised tissue.
-Manuka Essential Oil: Inhibits plaque from sticking to teeth & gums.

Tooth Remineralization & Hydroxyapetite
When tooth demineralization occurs, leading to cavities and sensitive teeth and gums, our bodies, given a favorable oral environment can enact healing through a process called remineralization. Minerals including calcium & phosphorus are redeposited in the decaying tooth resulting in new hydroxyapetite crystals that heal and strengthen teeth. An optimal oral environment involves diet & good oral hygiene. Mineral building blocks (mostly calcium phosphate) in our teeth are in a constant state of flux. Providing mineral building blocks via mineral tooth powder can repair porous enamel and mildly decayed spots on teeth. This remineralization process makes enamel stronger & more resistant to acid erosion. Hydroxyapetite has been shown in scientific studies to be more effective and safer at remineralizing teeth than fluoride.Tooth & Oral Health
Oral Hygiene & Diet's Role
Diet and oral hygiene play a significant role in the prevention of tooth demineralization, decay, and sensitive gums. Tooth remineralization, the body's healing process in restoring minerals to help teeth heal, requires an optimal oral environment and diet. Three main factors in the diet affect tooth structure and decay: the presence of adequate minerals, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, & K) and the bioavailability of these nutrients and how well the body absorbs them. Avoid diets that are high in grains, sugars and vegetable oils and replace these with healthy animal fats and fat-soluble vitamins. Use a tooth paste or powder that includes Hydroxyapetite (calcium phosphate) to aid in the remineralization of your teeth. Floss daily. Stay hydrated. For further information try these resources: Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities With Nutrition by Rami Nagel. Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Dr. Weston A. Price.
